Assessment of tumor metastasis risk with genetic information

About AmetaRisk

AmetaRisk is an online tool for quantitative assessment of CRC metastasis risk based on the local invasion. A total of 11 potential metastasis driver variants were used in AmetaRisk, which were identified as high potential metastasis driver variants determined by Local Invasion Power (LIP), mutation-metastasis association, and survival analysis. Upon these 11 potential metastasis driver variants, a logical regression model for early metastatic risk assessment was constructed and deployed at the home page of the AmetaRisk. AmetaRisk will serve as a rapid tool for aiding Early CRC Metastatic Risk Assessment. To our limited knowledge, this would be the first open-source tool that could quantitatively assess metastatic risk at its very early stage before it actually occurs.

How to use AmetaRisk?

To use this tool, please select the radio buttons of mutations that detected in your sample then submit. Metastasis Probability will be calculated shortly and shown in the bottom.
